Es el resultado de una estricta selección de los mejores lotes producidos por nuestra Quinta en un determinado año. Vinificación del vino Quinta do Noval Touriga Nacional Tinto: Este vino se fermenta en cubas de inox durante 8 días, donde luego se lleva a cabo la fermentación maloláctica. Envejecimiento: El vino se envejece en barricas de roble francés de 225 litros durante 12 meses, 20% en barricas nuevas, 60% de segundo año y 20% de tercer año.

Este vino presenta un color muy oscuro.
Ligeramente picante con notas de chocolate. Muy buenos aromas a madera apoyados en una espina dorsal tánica.
Es muy expresivo con aromas cerrados a bayas silvestres y violetas.
