Vinification of Monte das Servas Escolha Red 2021 Magnum: After reception by variety, the grapes are destemmed and crushed, followed by pre-fermentation maceration. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks with temperature control. Aging: After the malolactic fermentation is completed, the wine aged for 6 months in stainless steel tanks. After bottling, it rested in the bottle for 2 months in our cellar. To preserve all its qualities, this wine was not stabilized and may naturally create sediment.
