Vendimia: El 29 de agosto se realizó la vendimia manual, transportando la uva en cajas de 10 kg para evitar su aplastamiento. Enología: Fermentación alcohólica en cuba de inox durante 3 semanas con temperatura controlada a 14ºC. Estágio: Tras la fermentación alcohólica, el vino se mantuvo en contacto con las lías finas realizando batonnage hasta abril/23, seguido de un envejecimiento en botella. Número de Botellas 5 172.
