The “Herdade do Rocim” Touriga Nacional is a genuine wine, made from the passion of generations who have always held the land in the highest respect and care. Produced from the Touriga Nacional grape variety. Vinification: Hand-harvested in 12 kg boxes. In the cellar, the grapes underwent a careful selection on a vibrating sorting table, then were destemmed with a slight crushing of the berry. After a 48-hour cold pre-fermentation maceration, fermentation took place in French oak vats. Aged in French oak barrels for a period of 8 months.
