A Aguardiente de Caña Madeira 980 Beneficiada es un aguardiente tradicional de la isla de Madeira, producido a partir de la destilación del jugo de caña de azúcar. Beneficiada a través de un proceso de envejecimiento en barricas de roble, adquiere mayor suavidad y complejidad. Presenta aromas intensos de caña fresca, con notas amaderadas y un toque de vainilla. En el paladar, es corpulenta y ligeramente dulce, con un final largo y equilibrado. Este aguardiente es una excelente representación de la rica tradición madeirense, apreciada tanto pura como en cócteles.
