Este Rum Fumado do William Hinton revela-se macio e medianamente encorpado no palato com uma nota persistente de caramelo torrado. Na prova revela notas de baunilha, pimenta preta, nozes, madeira e notas fumadas. Termina ligeiramente seco e quente com persistentes notas fumadas.
Pungente no nariz, revela juventude, irreverência e uma nota fumada. Intenso e aromático, este rum agrícola, envelhecido 3 anos em cascos de carvalho, é marcado por notas caramelizadas, madeira fumada e especiarias (como a pimenta preta e o cravinho), às quais se juntam as notas de whisky. Um traço vegetal verde e frescura cítrica ampliam a complexidade aromática.
