Royal Palmeira - Eminência - Loureiro - Vinho VerdeFladgate Family WinesLocalizada entre dois importantes rios (Cávado e Homem), perto de Braga, o PAÇO DE PALMEIRA é uma das mais magníficas propriedades da região do Minho. Foi construída como a residência do Arcebisbo de Braga, no seculo XVIII. Atualmente com 24 hectares de vinhas que beneficiam das condições únicas do local e de uma viticultura rigorosa, proporcionando as melhores uvas da variedade nativa Loureiro e criando vinhos imensamente expressivos, com capacidade de evolução notável, podendo ombrear com os melhores brancos do mundo.Vinificação: Seleção na vinha das uvas com maior concentração. Maceração pré-fermentativa ligeiramente refrigerada. Prensagem suave. Fermentação em aço inoxidável com temperatura controlada. A fase final da fermentação termina em barricas de carvalho francês muito velhas (mais de 10 anos). Bâtonnage é realizada nos primeiros 6 meses. A fermentação maloláctica pode ocorrer em algumas barricas. Após 12 meses, o vinho é transferido para tanques de aço inoxidável, clarificado e filtrado, sendo depois engarrafado. É lançado no mercado com vários anos de envelhecimento em garrafa.
