Churchill's Quinta da Gricha Vinhas Velhas TintoCastas: Field Blend das vinhas da Quinta da Gricha, nas quais predominam as castas Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz, Tinta Francisca e Tinto Cão.Vinificação: As uvas são colhidas em pequenas caixas de aproximadamente 20 kg e transportadas para a adega, onde passam por um rigoroso processo de seleção antes do esmagamento. A vinificação decorre em pequenos depósitos de fermentação em aço inoxidável. As uvas são totalmente desengaçadas e esmagadas. Após 4 dias de maceração a frio, inicia-se a fermentação sob condições de temperatura controlada. Durante este processo, o mosto é suavemente remontado sobre as películas, garantindo uma fermentação longa e equilibrada e uma excelente extração aromática e polifenólica.100% deste vinho estagia durante 12 a 15 meses em barricas novas de carvalho francês de 500 litros. É colado e ligeiramente filtrado antes do engarrafamento.
