O Bollinger Rosé insere-se assim na mesma linha da Special Cuvée, com as suas notas especiadas.A adição de um soberbo vinho tinto proveniente das parcelas Poirier Saint-Pierre e Montboeuf, em Verzenay, ou das de Aÿ, trabalhadas da mesma forma que as vinhas da lendária parcela Côte aux Enfants, confere-lhe uma expressiva potência aromática. Revela igualmente brilho, presença e delicadeza, características distintivas dos grandes lotes.O Bollinger Rosé é composto por mais de 85% de Grands e Premiers Crus. A sua composição é de 62% Pinot Noir, 24% Chardonnay e 14% Meunier. O vinho tinto atua como agente de estilo, sendo adicionado apenas entre 5 e 6%, dada a sua intensidade.
