Wine produced from grapes from Seixal and Jardim da Serra in 2 lagares with 500 kg each, harvested in the second week of September. A very gentle foot tread was carried out, leaving many bunches still intact. After 13 days of fermentation, we added the wine alcohol, which was mixed with the existing masses, through a new foot tread. In this process, a few more bunches that were still intact were crushed. After fortification we kept the wine in contact with all the masses for the following 3 months. At the end of December 2014 we cleaned the wine and, at the same time, we separated the many whole berries that we found. The remaining masses were pressed in the vertical press and mixed with the clean mixture. During the aging process we also put the whole berries in the cask with 620lts, remaining there until December 2021. In March 2023, 890 units were bottled, all individually numbered.
Gold color.
Smooth, fat in the mouth, giving it a beautiful structure. Citrus flavors and an almost spicy electric acidity. Dry, fresh and persistent finish.
Pure and with good intensity on the nose. Dried fruits, coconut, greenish tobacco leaf and white pepper.
