Espumante Regateiro BrutoVinificação: Vinho base elaborado a partir da casta baga, com desengace, esmagamento e prensagem, seguida da decantação e primeira fermentação em depósitos de inox a temperaturas abaixo dos 16ºC. A segunda fermentação acorreu pelo método clássico, também chamado de fermentação em garrafa. 36 meses de estágio após a segunda fermentação e 2 meses em cave após degorgement antes de ser libertado para o mercado.“ Regateiro”, nome de família com mais de 350 anos ligados aos vinhos da Região da Bairrada, teve em 1990 um único descendente a continuar o projeto, Casimiro Gomes. Especializou-se na área da Viticultura e Enologia na década de oitenta, construiu projetos vitivinícolas em sociedade com outros profissionais no Dão, na Bairrada, no Douro, no Alentejo e tambémno Brasil. Lançou os vinhos de Família comoo culminarde junções de saberes e experiências.
