No sabor, o início é muito suave, com um corpo de média estrutura. A fruta confere uma bela estrutura, com taninos delicados que proporcionam um final prolongado. As notas florais e balsâmicas que emergem no paladar conferem-lhe uma elegância notável. O vinho é equilibrado, com uma sensação geral de frescura.
Apresenta aromas florais, como flor de laranjeira e violetas, acompanhados de notas de frutos vermelhos frescos, como morangos silvestres, groselhas e framboesas, além de toques de bosque e pinhal. Há também nuances suaves de especiarias e notas de torrefação.
