Vinificação Porto Quinta do Cachão Vintage 1984Vinho fermentado com desengace parcial a uma temperatura controlada (24-28ºC) quando o mosto atinge o valor de doçura pretendido, a fermentação é interrompida pela adição de aguardente (77%), estagiando posteriormente em madeira de carvalho, nos armazéns em Vila Nova de Gaia até ser engarrafado, entre o 2º e o 3º ano, depois de aprovado.
