Description
Tanning for 29 days, in carving. The tan is not noticeable in the open citrus color, but is very evident in the complex aroma, with lots of notes of peel, dried vegetables, orange and ripe citrus. Great harmony in the mouth, in a full and deep register, but with perfect acid balance. A very civilized, elegant, vibrant and long white wine.
