Obliti Late HarvestFruto de uma vindima tardia excecional, realizada a 16 de dezembro de 2019, este vinho nasceu de uma única parcela de vinhas de Moscatel Galego Branco, situada no planalto de Favaios.As condições climáticas foram ideais: chuvas e humidade em outubro, seguidas de semanas frias e solarengas. Aliadas ao longo período de maturação das uvas na vinha, permitiram a sua desidratação e o desenvolvimento da Botrytis cinerea, conferindo ao vinho uma complexidade única.A vindima foi feita obrigatoriamente de forma manual, com extremo cuidado, selecionando apenas os cachos devidamente afetados pela podridão nobre. Já na adega, as uvas foram novamente escolhidas e prensadas de forma suave, dando início a uma longa fermentação em depósito de inox, que se prolongou por cerca de seis meses.Após concluída a fermentação, o vinho estagiou durante cinco anos em barricas usadas de carvalho francês, previamente empregues em colheitas tardias antigas, adquirindo concentração e profundidade.Estagiou 5 anos em barricas de carvalho francês

Na boca apresenta-se gordo e intenso, com elevada doçura e complexidade. A acidez está bem presente trazendo a harmonia e equilibrio necessarios. Persistente e muito longo no final.
De grande intensidade aromatica, destacam-se as notas florais, a frutos secos, alperce, citrinos e alguns aromas fungicos tipicos de vinhos com podridao nobre.
