Der Kopke Colheita 1981 ist ein seltener und raffinierter Portwein, der von der ältesten Portwein-Haus, Kopke, gegründet 1638, produziert wird. Hergestellt aus Trauben einer einzigen Ernte, reifte dieser Portwein jahrzehntelang in Eichenfässern und entwickelte reiche Aromen von Trockenfrüchten, Karamell, Honig und Gewürzen, mit einer ausgewogenen Säure, die seine Komplexität unterstreicht. Mit einer seidigen Textur und einem langen Abgang ist es ein Wein, der ideal ist, um langsam genossen zu werden, perfekt zur Harmonisierung mit gereiftem Käse oder Desserts auf Basis von Trockenfrüchten.
