O Soalheiro Espumante Bruto Barrica ferments and ages in used oak barrels for 12 months before the second fermentation. This stage will give the sparkling wine a more evolved and intense aromatic character, as well as a broader and more persistent mouthfeel. The time spent in the cellar, the low and constant temperature for 36 months allowed this sparkling wine to showcase all the elegance of the Alvarinho grape in a perspective of greater complexity and less fruit.
