O Pio Cesare Oltre Langhe Tinto 2019 é um corte elegante e moderno de Piemonte, combinando cerca de 70% Nebbiolo, 25% Barbera e pequenas parcelas de Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot e Petit Verdot. Na taça apresenta uma cor rubi intensa e aromas complexos de frutas vermelhas maduras, especiarias, cacau e tabaco, com toques balsâmicos e herbáceos. O ataque em boca é poderoso, com taninos finos, textura sedosa e excelente persistência. Estagiado por cerca de 30 meses—metade em barris de carvalho francês médio-toastado e metade em grandes toneis de Allier— resulta num vinho encorpado, mas equilibrado e com caráter internacional. Servir entre 16 °C e 18 °C, ideal com carnes vermelhas, ragù ou caça.
