Frisches und reichhaltiges Profil mit komplexen Noten, die von seinem Alter stammen. Die Charge besteht aus Weinen mit einem Durchschnittsalter von 10 Jahren. Vinifikation des Portos Borges Soalheira 10 Jahre Weiß: Nach dem Empfang der Trauben, die in einwandfreiem Zustand in die Kellerei gelangen müssen, erfolgt das Zerkleinern und Entrappen. Der aus den gepressten Trauben gewonnene Most wird auf 8-12 °C gekühlt und dekantiert. Nach der Dekantierung beginnt die Fermentation mit Temperaturkontrolle (12-14 °C). Nach der Fermentation erfolgt die Anreicherung, indem Weinbrand mit 77% v/v hinzugefügt wird. Die Reifung erfolgt in kleinen Fässern und Holzbehältern (Fässer und Halbfässer).
