Fruchtiges und intensives Profil. Wein, der aus einer einzigen Ernte produziert wird, die durch ihre hervorragende Qualität hervorsticht. Vinifikation des Porto Borges LBV 2019: es handelt sich um einen Wein von sehr edler Qualität. Die Trauben wurden in 20 kg Kisten transportiert, damit sie in einwandfreiem Zustand ankommen. Nach dem Empfang der Trauben erfolgt die Zerkleinerung mit teilweiser Entstemmlung. Sie fermentieren 3 bis 4 Tage in Lagares mit Fußtritten für eine bessere Extraktion von Farbe und Aromen. Zu gegebener Zeit erfolgt die Trennung der Schalen vom Most, und es wird Weinbrand mit 77 % vol hinzugefügt, um die Fermentation abzuschließen. Danach reift der Wein zwischen 4 und 6 Jahren vor der Abfüllung, um seine Entwicklung in der Flasche abzuschließen.
