Vinification of Valle Pradinhos Red Reserva 2021 Wine: Total stemming, fermentation with moderate temperature control and daily pumping over. Long post-fermentation maceration. Aged in oak barrels for 12 months.
Very intense cherry red with light violet reflections
Very soft attack. Full-bodied wine with fine, silky tannins well wrapped in fruit that give it a good structure. Persistent finish. “Terroir” wine
Intense and elegant with excellent complexity. The red and black fruits of the forest stand out, very ripe, well combined with light floral notes that add elegance. Spices such as vanilla and pepper refine its aroma.
