Total stemming, start of fermentation in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature and completion of fermentation in 225 liter French oak barrels. Aging for 12 months in French oak barrels, 70% new and 30% from the 2nd year, followed by 6 months of aging in bottle.
The remarkable elegance of this wine on the palate is achieved through the velvety texture, juicy acidity and meticulous treatment in the barrel. It has a long and distinct finish.
