Paulo Laureano Vinus is a wine producer headed by Paulo Laureano, one of the country's leading winemakers, with a long life linked to wine. Paulo Laureano is one of the great faces of Alentejo wines, focusing exclusively on Portuguese grape varieties. The name Dolium translates to “amphora”, old Alentejo carvings, despite not being a carving wine, greatly reflects the admiration we have for Roman agricultural culture in Iberian Peninsula.
