The vinification of the different grape varieties occurs separately, with the blend made later. The grapes are harvested mechanically at night and, after 3 days of pre-fermentation maceration, alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at 24ºC. The musts are pressed in a hydraulic press and malolactic fermentation is carried out in French oak barrels, where it ages for 10 months.
