JM Tinto – by José Miguel AlmeidaO JMT Tinto DOC Douro é um vinho tinto de carácter distinto, produzido na Região Demarcada do Douro a partir de vinhas instaladas em solos xistosos. Resulta de um field blend de castas tintas tradicionais durienses, expressando autenticidade, concentração e elegância.Vinificação: As vinhas, conduzidas em sistema Guyot, foram vindimadas em setembro de 2020, garantindo plena maturação e equilíbrio entre fruta, estrutura e frescura. A vinificação iniciou-se em lagar com pisa a pé, seguindo-se fermentação em cubas de inox com maceração prolongada e controlo de temperatura entre os 22ºC e os 25ºC. O estágio de 12 meses em barricas de carvalho francês conferiu profundidade, complexidade e sofisticação ao conjunto.
