More than 50 amphorae play a crucial role in the winemaking and maturation of this remarkable Dame-Jane. The famous turries (medium capacity containers made exclusively of sandstone) are used here to safeguard the Domaine's treasure. This wine is completely vinified in amphorae and aged for at least three years sur lies.
