O Vajra-Barolo DOCG Ravera Tinto 2021 é um Barolo de cru único, elaborado com 100% Nebbiolo das vinhas centenárias do célebre cru Ravera, em Novello, Barolo. Com 14% de álcool e contendo sulfitos, oferece aromas sofisticados de frutas silvestres (framboesa, groselha), ervas como tomilho e laurel, além de notas de cinchona, canela e trufas. Na boca revela textura elegante e estruturada, taninos finos e vibrantes acidez, com camadas de especiarias, laranja sanguínea e ervas secas — o final é austero, tenso e profundamente persistente. Classificado com notas entre 94 e 97 pontos por críticos como Wine Enthusiast, Wine Advocate, Jeb Dunnuck e Wine Spectator. Com potencial de guarda expressivo (entre 2026 e 2045+), é um vinho sóbrio, preciso e que reflete com fidelidade o terroir de Ravera. Ideal para pratos ricos como carnes vermelhas, caça ou risotos de cogumelos, deve ser servido entre 18 °C e 20 °C.
