Vinification of Quinta do Poço do Lobo Reserva Red Wine 2019: the best grapes created at our Quinta do Poço do Lobo were harvested manually, and after rigorous selection and de-stemming, they macerated for 10 days in a press with a pneumatic treader. After malolactic fermentation, the wine aged for 12 months in oak barrels. It was bottled after minimal clarification.
Deep Ruby
Dense, structured and fresh. It has tasty tannins and good gustatory persistence.
Complex, with notes of dominant red and black fruits and the barrel where it aged, as well as faint vegetable nuances.
