Chateau Calon Ségur Red 2005 is one of the estate’s great expressions, produced in one of the best vintages of the decade in Bordeaux. With a predominance of Cabernet Sauvignon, this wine displays a powerful structure, firm tannins, and remarkable aromatic depth. On the nose, it reveals layers of cassis, dark cherries, graphite, cedar, and hints of spice. On the palate, it is concentrated, elegant, and balanced, with excellent freshness and a long, refined finish. A classic Saint-Estèphe with great aging potential, already beginning to show its complexity.
