Callabriga é um vinho tinto do Douro de perfil contemporâneo, intenso e elegante, criado para reflectir a versatilidade e a actualidade apaixonante dos vinhos do Douro. Callabriga é um dos mais inovadores vinhos da Casa Ferreirinha, a marca com maior tradição em vinhos de qualidade no Douro e uma das suas maiores referências mundiais.É vinificado na adega da Quinta da Leda, a partir de uvas provenientes de parcelas localizadas na Quinta e de vinhas limítrofes. São escolhidas uvas com maturação equilibrada, consequência de um ciclo vegetativo favorável. Após desengace e suave esmagamento, as uvas são encaminhadas para cubas de inox e/ou lagares, onde se procede a macerações prolongadas. Pretende-se com esta tecnologia que os constituintes da qualidade, presentes nas películas das uvas maduras, passem assimsuavemente para o vinho.
