Aguardente Caves São João 1966 Velhíssima is the result of production with wine from the 1965 harvest, aging for 37 years in Limousin oak barrels and a small quantity of national oak barrels filled with Port wine. Boasting a clear appearance, this spirit reveals an intense topaz color and a richly complex aroma, where the vanilla and coconut notes from oak wood are evident from the first moment. Slightly smoked nuances, sweet milky tones and subtleties of dried fruits are added. The palate is velvety, refined and aromatic, sublimely confirming the sensations perceived by the nose.
