Vinification du Vin Vallado Reserva Field Blend Rouge Magnum : Une partie des raisins est foulée au pied dans un lagar. Les autres sont vinifiés dans des cuves en acier inoxydable de cinq tonnes, avec température contrôlée et remontage robotisé. Élevage : après la fermentation malolactique, tous les vins sont transférés dans des fûts de 225 litres en chêne français où ils restent pendant 18 mois.
