Le Sipsmith Sloe Gin est produit avec le London Dry Gin primé de la distillerie, macéré avec des baies de prunellier sauvages récoltées à l'automne. Le résultat est un gin riche, corsé et fruité, avec des arômes de prunes mûres, de groseilles rouges et d'amandes. En bouche, on distingue le cassis, les cerises et les fruits noirs, complétés par une touche d'agrumes. La douceur équilibrée et la touche d'amandes offrent une finale douce et veloutée.
