Lumina vient du latin "illuminée". Cela signifie avoir un éclat intense et vivre plus près du soleil. Une définition parfaite pour ce nouveau voyage. Ce mélange d'Arinto avec une touche de Roupeiro, avec des levures indigènes et sans contrôle de température, est le résultat d'une quête pour l'expression pure de l'Alentejo dans un blanc avec beaucoup de personnalité et de lumière propre. Vinification du Rumo Lumina Reserva Branco : Vendanges manuelles nocturnes, table de tri, pressurage direct sans écrasement et sans sulfites jusqu'à la fin de la fermentation. Décantation à froid pendant environ 12 heures, sans additifs. Fermentation réalisée en fûts sans aucun contrôle de température à partir du "pied de cuve" des levures indigènes. Il a vieilli 12 mois en fûts de chêne français.
