Cépage autochtone portugais de la région du Dão. Cette variété de potentiel œnologique élevé de port retentissant est conduite dans le cadre d'un programme de protection intégrée, l'application de désherbants étant interdite. La vendange est manuelle, lorsque les raisins atteignent le point optimal de maturation, se situant entre la 2ème quinzaine de septembre et la 1ère d'octobre. La récolte se fait dans de petites caisses de 10 kg. Ces vins sont obtenus après fermentation à température contrôlée afin de préserver toute l'élégance aromatique, en foudres de bois et cuves en inox pendant 20 jours. Le vin subit la fermentation malolactique en fûts de chêne français et un élevage subséquent pendant 18 mois afin de renforcer sa structure et sa complexité. Production : 30 240 bouteilles.
