Vinification du Porto Messias Colheita 2012 : Vin fermenté avec un désengagement partiel à une température contrôlée (24-28ºC) lorsque le moût atteint la valeur de douceur souhaitée, la fermentation est interrompue par l'ajout d'eau-de-vie (77 %), puis il vieillit en bois de chêne pendant une période minimale de 7 ans, dans les entrepôts de Vila Nova de Gaia jusqu'à ce qu'il soit mis en bouteille.
