Lobo Vasconcellos - Matriz Vinha do NorteCastas: 45% Touriga Nacional, 45% Touriga Franca, 10% Tinta RorizVinificação: As uvas, provenientes da vinha do Norte, após uma seleção cuidada na vinha, foram transportadas para a adega em caixas de 20Kg. Seguiu-se uma nova seleção na mesa de escolha e após desengaçe foram encaminhadas para cubas de inox com temperatura controlada onde fermentaram durante 7 dias. Após o final de fermentação o vinho continuou em contacto pelicular por um período de 10 dias, tendo sidoposteriormente suavemente prensado, tendo sido separado o mosto lágrima do mosto de prensas.Estágio: 20 meses em barricas de 225 Litros de carvalho francês.
