Winemaking of Herdade das Servas Parcela C Red Wine: The grapes are destemmed, followed by pre-fermentative maceration in a marble lagar for 48 hours. Fermentation takes place in a lagar and stainless steel tank with temperature control. Aging: After malolactic fermentation was completed, the wine aged for 12 months in new French oak barrels. After bottling, it rested in bottle in our cellar for 20 months. To preserve all its qualities, it was not stabilized and may naturally develop sediment.
