Foral de Évora é a marca associada à história vitivinícola da região de Évora, testemunhada pelo Foral que D. Manuel I concedeu à cidade em 1501. Honrando essa longínqua tradição vitivinícola, a Fundação Eugénio de Almeida junta este vinho ao sabor da história. Traduz na sua essência o terroir de Évora.Vinificação: Criteriosa seleção de uva com desenvolvimento espontâneo da variante nobre do fungo Botrytis cinérea, proporcionando uma base distinta de acidez e complexidade. Prensagem vertical ligeira e precisa, seguida clarificação e fermentação em pequenos depósitos de inox. Final de fermentação e estágio sobre borra fina em depósitos de inox e em barricas usadas de carvalho húngaro.
