Batuta TintoVinificação: O ano de 2021 apresentou-se com uma produção acima do expectável. No caso da Quinta de Nápoles este aumento de produção esteve na ordem dos 50%, em relação ao ano anterior. A vindima de 2021 começou dia 11 de agosto, com ótimos indicadores, mostos com acidez elevada, baixo álcool, pelicula bastante rija, originando vinhos, quer brancos quer tintos bastante equilibrados. No mês de Setembro, a instabilidade climatérica deu origem a um pico de entradas de uvas na adega e à existência de diferentes maturações consoante a sua situação geográfica. Depois de uma seleção criteriosa, quer na vinha quer na adega, a fermentação decorreu em cubas de inox, com maceração pelicular durante cerca de 80 dias. Após a longa maceração o vinho estagiou durante cerca de 20 meses em barricas de carvalho francês, das quais 50% de madeira nova.

Na boca apresenta uma agradável frescura e acidez, estrutura e taninos precisos, com final picante e persistente. É jovem, mas tem uma longa vida pela frente.
O nariz começa delicado com notas de violeta, framboesa e ruibarbo, para posteriormente revelar notas de grafite, ervas frescas e especiarias.
