The ideal terroir conditions of Quinta do Carmo challenged us to harvest very early red grapes from the Aragonez variety of Vinha da Cabeça Alta and Touriga Nacional from the Vinha do Seixo, resulting in a naturally rosé and very balanced wine. Terroir: Clays over marble and schist Vinification: Stainless steel tanks, and wooden barrels with 1 year of previous use in whites.
