A Aguardente Cana Madeira 980 Beneficiada est une eau-de-vie traditionnelle de l'île de Madère, produite à partir de la distillation du jus de canne à sucre. Bénéficiant d'un processus de vieillissement en fûts de chêne, elle acquiert une plus grande douceur et complexité. Elle présente des arômes intenses de canne fraîche, avec des notes boisées et une touche de vanille. En bouche, elle est corsée et légèrement sucrée, avec une finale longue et équilibrée. Cette eau-de-vie est une excellente représentation de la riche tradition madérienne, appréciée tant pure qu'en cocktails.
