Vinification of the Herdade do Sobroso Barrique Select (Reserve) White Wine 2022: The grapes were harvested by hand and transported to our winery, where the transformation process began with total stemming and gentle crushing, followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature for 25 days. Maturation on fine lees for 3 months and partial aging in French oak barrels.
