In Urville, in the heart of the Côte des Bar, we cultivate all that is natural and genuine, in harmony with a great Champagne wine. The taste begins with stone fruits, like white vineyard peaches. A spicy note arises in a powerful and complex mouthfeel. A full-bodied Champagne, of great complexity, with a characteristic touch of quince jelly.
With a very high proportion of Pinot Noir, it tastes very close to a Blanc de Noirs. A Champagne of great aromatic richness.
