This wine, produced from the Baga grape variety, grown in clay-limestone soils, was vinified in traditional lagares according to the methods of the region. After aging in oak barrels, it was bottled in July 2019, without undergoing any treatment or filtration, so it may develop some sediment with age. A total of 3200 bottles were produced.
