The aim was a Gin closely linked to Meinedo and Lousada, the land where the idea was born, so the base starts with cp, juniper, camellias, and oak rind melon. After this foundation... creativity and experimentation began to flow, and from there we added what grows in our land such as aromatic plants, wild fruits, and others found in the region, even if seasonal.
