Vinification of Porto Messias Colheita 1975: Wine fermented with partial destemming at a controlled temperature (24-28ºC). When the must reaches the desired sweetness level, fermentation is stopped by adding aguardente (77%), then aged in oak wood for a minimum period of 7 years in the cellars of Vila Nova de Gaia until bottled.
