Vinification of Cadão Vinhas Velhas PM 2017 Wine: Manual harvest, with optimal maturation criteria in which the bunches are carefully selected. Skin maceration and alcoholic fermentation with temperature control in stainless steel vats. Post-fermentative maceration followed by malolactic fermentation. Vinified with all the necessary care to preserve the typicality of the grape varieties and aged for 12 months in French oak barrels and 6 months in bottle.
Intense ruby
Structured and dense but very elegant, making the set very pleasant, with ripe tannins and a velvety, exuberant finish with excellent persistence.
Excellent aromatic complexity in which Douro wild fruits and rockrose are mixed in harmony with notes of toast and chocolate
