The Mirabilis Red is inspired by the line of great wines of the world, where textures, aromas, gravity, and transparency are created. After the careful selection of the best parcels and a meticulous harvest, this batch confronts the origin of the raw material, setting aside the concept of terroir. It is a unique wine, not replicable year after year, with a heterogeneous composition of small quantities, few liters from each of our best barrels, undergoing a long tasting expertise until the final result. The Mirabilis reflects the viticultural years with greater depth of Quinta Nova de Nossa Senhora do Carmo, manifesting in a dense wine, intense in aromas, three-dimensional, with enormous physical persistence, deep and very precise. A wine that exceeds our understanding and calmly approaches human maturity. Aging: 12 months
