O Vajra-Barbera D'Alba DOC Tinto 2025, produzido pela G.D. Vajra em Piemonte, é um tinto vibrante e expressivo feito com 100% de uvas Barbera provenientes de vários terroirs das colinas de Barolo, Novello e Sinio. Apresenta uma cor roxa intensa com reflexos violetas e no nariz revela aromas de frutas vermelhas frescas e escuras (cereja, ameixa, amora), acompanhados por toques florais (violetas, lavanda), especiarias suaves e nuances herbáceas. Em boca, é suculento, de acidez viva, taninos macios, e um final limpo e persistente, com charme imediato e excelente versatilidade gastronómica. Com 14 % a 15% de álcool, ganhou notas de 90‑92 pontos de críticos renomados como Jeb Dunnuck e Vinous. Ideal para pratos italianos como massas com molho de tomate, carnes grelhadas, pizzas e queijos curados, proporciona uma experiência elegante e equilibrada a um preço realmente atraente.
